Three Framed Offset Lithographic Prints after Frederic Leighton Lawrence Alma-Tadema and Rembrandt Peale - This lot comprises three framed offset lithographic prints after celebrated 19th-century paintings. The first is a reproduction of Sir Frederic Leighton’s ”Flaming June,” depicting a sleeping woman in a vibrant orange dress. The second, after Lawrence Alma-Tadema’s ”Unconscious Rivals,” shows two women in classical attire on a marble balcony beside a large flowering oleander. The third is a portrait after Rembrandt Peale’s ”Rubens Peale with a Geranium,” featuring a young man with spectacles holding a potted plant. The prints are mounted behind cream-colored mats in ornate, gilded composite frames with floral and foliate relief patterns. The Lawrence Alma-Tadema and Frederic Leighton prints are housed in matching frames with a repeating scroll and flower motif.
