Large Scale Assembled Wood Spartan Warrior Sculpture - NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING, PICK UP OR TRANSPORT ONLY - This large scale sculpture of a Spartan warrior is constructed in a rustic folk art style using numerous pieces of natural wood assembled to form a standing figure. The warrior is depicted in traditional battle attire, featuring a crested Corinthian style helmet, a detailed cuirass, gauntlets, and greaves. A long, flowing cape made of vertical wood segments is attached to the back. The facial features include inset dark spherical elements serving as eyes. The warrior holds a carved wooden sword in its right hand, with a secondary wooden blade or scabbard element positioned at the left hip. The entire figure is mounted on an integral rectangular wooden plinth. The construction utilizes visible fasteners, and the wood surface displays natural grain patterns, knots, and textures throughout.
