Tanned North American Opossum Pelt with Paws and Claws - A tanned North American opossum (Didelphis virginiana) pelt, prepared as a flat skin. The fur features a dense, cream-colored undercoat with long, silver-tipped guard hairs. The dorsal region displays a higher concentration of dark-based hairs with white tips, while the flanks and undersides transition to a lighter cream tone. The head is preserved with visible dark eye markings and a light muzzle. The four limbs are intact, featuring dark fur transitioning to light-colored paws with the claws still attached.
