A Collection of Vintage Tools Including a Craftsman Power Sander and Blue Grass Equipment - An assortment of vintage mid-century American hand and power tools. The group features a handheld power sander with a black plastic housing and an integrated handle marked with the white printed text PUSH and OFF/ON, alongside the Sears brand name CRAFTSMAN. Also included is a large metal tool with a silver-tone finish and a lever-action trigger mechanism. This tool features a circular impressed mark consisting of a quatrefoil border containing the text BELKNAP HARDWARE & MFG. CO. above a central oval with BLUE GRASS and LOUISVILLE U.S.A. below; further text at the bottom is largely illegible but appears to include TRADE MARK. The collection includes a wooden miter box constructed of rock maple, which is stamped in black ink on the side with BLUE GRASS ROCK MAPLE MITRE BOX and further manufacturing information for Belknap Hdwe. & Mfg. Co. of Louisville, KY. A handheld lantern is present, featuring a molded blue plastic body, a black bezel, and a black push-button switch. Completing the lot are two rubber V-belts in their original blue and white paper sleeves. One sleeve is marked with a circular Blue Grass logo and trade mark, and features a white adhesive label reading FARMERS BHA 723-635 2.99; the sleeve is printed 3L210 Size 21 inch x 3/8 inch (10 x 533 mm). The second sleeve bears a similar logo and features a white adhesive label reading FARMERS BRE 41145 723-940 3.29; the sleeve is printed 4L190 Size 19 inch x 1/2 inch (13 x 484 mm). The large metal tool measures approximately 17 inches in length from the tip of the nozzle to the rear of the trigger housing.
