Three Blue Grass Aluminum Chalk Line Reel Plumb Bobs - A trio of vintage American chalk line reel and plumb bob tools constructed from aluminum. The group includes two teardrop-shaped tools and one oval-shaped tool. The two teardrop-shaped reels feature a cross-hatched textured casing. These are embossed on one side with the text BLUE GRASS / CHALK LINE REEL / BELKNAP / LOUISVILLE / KY. and are embossed on the reverse with MADE IN U.S.A. / PLUMB BOB. The oval-shaped tool features a horizontal ribbed casing with a circular central medallion embossed with CHALK LINE / BLUE GRASS / 100 FT. / PLUMB LINE. The reverse side of the oval tool features a circular door with a hinged latch and a sliding lock mechanism. All three tools are equipped with fold-out metal winding cranks, steel line clips, and pointed tips for use as plumb bobs. The reels measure approximately 4 1/8 inches to 5 inches in length as measured against the provided tape scale.
