One pair of large utility shears features a specialized shank incorporating a serrated notch and an integrated bottle opener. Another pair of embroidery scissors features a curved finger rest on the lower handle loop. Several examples feature black or pale green enameled handles, while others have a polished or chrome-plated finish. The blade of one large pair of shears is stamped with the maker name KLEENCUT near the pivot. Another pair features the incised text FORGED STEEL on the shank.
