Belknap Blue Grass Steel Tool Box with Lift-Out Tray - A vintage rectangular steel tool box featuring a hammer-tone blue-green finish and reinforced corner guards. The lid is secured with a central locking latch and two flanking draw-bolt latches, all in a silver-toned metal finish. A brown molded plastic handle is mounted to the top. The front right corner bears a multi-colored lithographed paper decal shaped like a four-lobed cartouche. The decal contains a central yellow banner reading BLUE GRASS in blue block letters. Above this, the name Belknap appears in red script alongside the words EXTRA QUALITY. The left and right lobes of the decal contain the words TRADE and MARK respectively, while the lower portion reads LOUISVILLE, KY. U.S. and includes a small illustration of a bell and hands. The interior is finished in a solid blue paint and contains a removable matching steel lift-out tote tray with a central integrated handle.
