Belknap Blue Grass Two Drawer Hammered Blue Steel Tool Box - A vintage industrial tool chest constructed of steel with a distinctive blue hammered finish. The box features a rectangular body with a slightly domed lid, secured by a central chrome-plated steel draw bolt latch. It is equipped with a hinged top compartment containing a single vertical metal divider and two sliding drawers positioned below. Each drawer is fitted with a small, circular pull knob. A chrome-plated carrying handle is mounted to the top of the lid with two riveted brackets. Affixed to the center of the lid is a rectangular metal identification plate with red and silver tones. The plate contains printed text; the top line reads BELKNAP INC. and the center features the brand name BLUE GRASS in larger stylized letters. The construction shows a full-length piano hinge along the rear of the lid and folded metal edges throughout the frame and drawer fronts. The chest measures approximately 20 inches in length, 8.5 inches in depth, and 10 inches in height.
