Blue Grass Hardware Belknap Inc. 5 Gallon Galvanized Steel Gasoline Can - A vintage galvanized steel gasoline can featuring a cylindrical form finished in red paint. The vessel is equipped with a fixed metal bail handle at the top and a threaded brass-toned filler cap. The body features a central white and red printed label. A square border on the left contains a logo and the text Blue Grass HARDWARE. Below this is printed Belknap, Inc. LOUISVILLE, KY 40202. The primary text across the upper portion of the label reads GALVANIZED GASOLINE. The label specifies a capacity of 5 U. S. GAL., 4 IMP. GAL., 18.9 LITERS. Below the main title is the model number MODEL BG505SP and a large CAUTION heading.
