Welch Allyn Desktop Diagnostic Station with Otoscope and Pediatric Ophthalmoscope - A Welch Allyn tabletop medical diagnostic station featuring a dual-well charging base and two rechargeable handles. The station includes one otoscope head and one ophthalmoscope head. The ophthalmoscope is equipped with a pediatric attachment consisting of a molded plastic monkey figure holding a camera. The base is constructed from off-white plastic with a black charging well insert and a red power indicator light. The two handles are made of chrome-plated metal with knurled grip surfaces. A label on the front of the base reads Diagnostic Center and the black insert is embossed WELCH ALLYN. The back of the ophthalmoscope head is printed with the text WelchAllyn and Skaneateles Falls NY USA, as well as US PAT 4,526,448 4,888,818 and REF 11720. The ophthalmoscope lens rim is marked Welch. Measured to the top of the pediatric attachment, the unit stands approximately 9 inches tall.
