This single-action revolver features a break-open action for loading caps, accessed by a top-latch mechanism. The piece is constructed from die-cast metal with extensive scrollwork engraving cast into the frame and barrel. The grips are off-white plastic featuring a raised steer head motif on each side and an inset circular star medallion near the top. Embossed markings include TEXAN JR. within a textured rectangle on both sides of the frame and HUBLEY on the right side of the ejector rod housing.
