Norleans Japan Porcelain Cherub Figural Trinket Box - This porcelain lidded trinket box was imported by Norleans. The vessel features an oval, footed form with twin leaf-style handles. The domed lid is surmounted by two bisque-finished cherub figures, one holding a horn and the other a lyre. The body and lid are decorated with relief-molded leaves and scrolling vines, accented with gold gilt over a pale green and cream ground. The lid is further embellished with two applied porcelain flowers in shades of pink and blue. The underside bears a partial silver foil distributor label reading Norleans Japan with a central crown logo. Width: 7 inches Height: 4.75 inches.
