Neoclassical Jasperware Style Ceramic Ewer with Gothic Castle Relief - This decorative ceramic ewer is designed in the jasperware style, characterized by a matte pale sage green ground with darker green shaded accents. The vessel features a lobed, pear-shaped body, an elongated neck with a flared spout, and an ornate rococo-revival handle showcasing scrollwork and foliate motifs. It is supported by a scalloped pedestal base. The primary decoration consists of applied white relief sprigging, featuring a gothic-style castle on a hill with stylized trees. Smaller floral sprigs, including roses and other blossoms, are applied to the neck and body. Gilded accents are present on the handle, the rim of the spout, the vertical ribs of the body, and the edges of the base. A decorative band of small raised white beads encircles the base of the neck.
