Early 19th-Century American Salt-Glazed Ovoid Stoneware Jug 7”X11” - A salt-glazed stoneware jug of ovoid form, characteristic of early to mid-19th-century American pottery. The vessel is finished in a mottled tan and brown salt glaze with a distinct orange peel texture.
