Photo Album - Pines Village, the Hans Bate Youth Garden and more
An album with 107 photographs showing different youth groups and settlers in Palestine. The album was compiled by a family after immigrating to Israel from Frankfurt. The photographs vary from 1939 to 1947.
The album includes many group photographs showing pioneers in Raanana, in the village of Pines, in the youth protection of Hans Bate (on the name of director the Youth Aliyah that was attacked in a convoy that passed in the Latrun area and found his death), during Purim celebrations, on trips to the valleys and the Galilee, during ground work, at a Chanukah party, and more.
Photographs size 9x6 cm. Album 30x24 cm. Good condition.
