דוד ("דולֶק") הורוביץ (15 בפברואר 1899 – 10 באוגוסט 1979) היה כלכלן ישראלי, שכיהן כמנהל המחלקה הכלכלית של הסוכנות היהודית (1935–1948), כמנכ"ל הראשון של משרד האוצר (1948–1952) וכנגידו הראשון של בנק ישראל (1954–1971). חתן פרס ישראל למדעי החברה (1968).
