עמוד ראשון – שער, עם פסוקי תפילה רבים מהמקורות. לאורך המחברת תפילות וסגולות לרפואה לענינים שונים.
בעטיפת המחברת כיתוב "SHANGHAI JEWISH SCHOOL" בית ספר היהודי בשנחי.
