Very rare photo album and loose photos of a Dutch soldier in the occupied Indonesia during Indonesian National Revolution! Also photo with Sukarno dictator! Indonesia was once a colony of the Netherlands until 1949, when it was declared independent. In this photo album we can see plenty of photos showing landscapes, local population, military photos, aircraft, forest and jungle, markets, buildings, etc. Some photos show soldiers in camouflage uniforms. This album has a few photos missing but most of them are still glued. All are in very good condition. Also 24 loose photos written on the reverse. These photos show also landscapes, Dutch soldiers in uniform, ships, etc. Very a shameful part of Dutch history.
