German WW2 Red Cross Volunteer ID Tag - Königsberg
WW2 German volunteer nurse ID Tag of the I military region of Third Reich - Königsberg. Scarce ID tag that belonged to a volunteer nurse that took care of German war wounded soldiers in the first military region of the III Reich, the area of Königsberg. It's engraved with the legend "Freiwillige Krankenplege Wehrkreis I Nº 2854" (Volunteer patient care military region I). Overall condition is good apart from the pitting, caused maybe by corrosion. It's made from aluminum. Very curious ID tag.
