After a 1930 model by R. MARCHUK (RUSSIAN 20TH CENTURY), the Spanish Republican soldier bidding farewell to his son, seated on his lap, the other hand holding a rifle, dressed in grey uniform and brown shoes, atop a circular base. Made by Gorodnitsky Porcelain Factory. Blue overglaze factory mark and quality mark under the base.
