RUSSIAN IMPERIAL SILVER CIGARETTE CASE WITH GOLD
Silver case with gold overlaid signatures, monograms, and presentation in Russian "Always remember year 1908 / 576-68 / Joke with love but don't love as a joke" also decorated with masonic symbols and bottles with enamels, gold washed inside, hallmarked "84" gold (zolotnik) and "K.C." in Cyrillic.
