RUSSIAN SOVIET GENERAL SHASHKA SWORD CASED, M1940
Curved, single-edged, chrome-plated blade, with one wide and two narrow fullers on each side, handle with ribbed dark orange plastic grip mounted in chrome-plated pommel and D-guard all engraved with floral motifs, on the pommel engraved "CCCP" and raised soviet star among laurel wreath, chrome-plated metal scabbard with two suspension rings. Shashka is cased in a fitted wooden box lined inside with dark-green cloth.
