Rav Gifter also wrote on the cover the topic of the Chidushei Torah which is printed in this booklet.
Rav Mordechai Gifter, Rosh Yeshiva of Telz, (1917-2001), was one of the outstanding personalities of the last generation. He learned Torah by Lithuanian Torah giants; served as Rosh Yeshiva of Telz in Cleveland; and published tens of Torah articles on a wide variety of subjects and a number of works.
