בכ"י וחתימת הרה"ג רבי יחיאל מרדכי גורדון ראש מתיבתא דלומז'ה.
המכתב נכתב בשהותו בניו יורק, תרצ"ה 1935, 21/28 ס"מ, 43 שורות.
הרב יחיאל מרדכי גורדון [תרמ"ג – תשכ"ה 1882/1964] היה מראשי ישיבת לומז'ה בפולין, ממייסדי ישיבת לומז'ה בפתח תקווה וראש הישיבה.
