  • MATERIALS: Winsor and Newton Watercolors on Arches Fine Grain, Cold Press, 100% Cotton, Smooth Block Paper. (NOTE: Computer monitor colors may not accurately represent item colors).Since 1835, when Henry Newton and William Winsor introduced the first moist watercolors to the world, Winsor & Newton have forged a reputation for supreme quality. Of equal supremecy is the Arches Watercolor Paper brand. ARCHES is the only paper mill in the world to gelatin size its watercolour paper “to the core”. This preserves the lustre and transparency of the colours. This paper is made the traditional way, on a cylinder mould, which gives it a harmonious natural grain.
