Engraved dedication that reads - Presented 28th October 1851 to Mr. G. F. Powell by the licensed Victuallery & Spirit Merchants of Bristol in acknowledgment of services rendered by him in endeavoring to promote a repeal of the 24th Geo. 11 Cap.40 Sec.12.
Raised base with stiff leaf band.
Gilt interior (partly worn).
