Large unframeded painting by American artist Hedley Williams Waycott (1865 - 1938). Measuring 26 x 36 inches. Good condition. Hedley Williams Waycott was active/lived in Illinois. Hedley Waycott is known for impressionist landscape and floral painting.From a Prominent California Collection.The painting has been professionally restored. It has been cut from the strips and laid on a canvas backing and sealed with wax. Small tear on from center that has been mended by the restoration.
