Riva di Tento: Jacob Marcaria the Physician 1559
Joseph Ottolenghi, the author / publisher also issued a folio edition of this work in the same year. Ottolenghi (d. 1570), was the Rabbi of Cremona and provided much of the scholarship found in the Riva di Trento publications. The printer, Jacob Marcaria, thanks Ottolenghi profusely and gives him the honorific title of HaGaon in both the title and introduction.
