Ohr HaSechel. First Edition. Venice 1567. Magnificent Copy.
Commentary on the Midrash Rabbah Bereishis by R. Avrohom Abulafiah, together with a previously unknown version of Rashi’s commentary to the Midrash. However bibliographers debate the accuracy of the attribution to Rashi.
See H. Albeck’s introduction to Midrash Bereishis Rabbah pp.132-133.
R. Avrohom Abulafiah (b. 1240–died after 1291), was a Mekubal who was subject to strong opposition. Although he was strongly opposed by the RaShBA and others, the ReMaK quotes him and the CHIDA refers to him positively as a Chochom and Mekubal.
