Seven-Branched Menorah – Central Europe, 19th Century
Seven-Branched menorah. [Central Europe?], 19th century.
Cast brass.
Central shaft, decorated with a ball with a "Magen David" at its top (non-original). On the two sides of the shaft are branches placed inside bands that look like closed hands (the two upper branches are screwed; the four others are inserted without screws). The seventh branch rises towards the front.
Height: 45 cm (without decoration at top), width: 38.5 cm. diameter of base: 14 cm.
