· First year: Issues no. 1-31. June-December 1897.
· Second year: issues no. 1-52. January-December 1898. · Third year: issues no. 1-52. January-December 1899. · Fourth year: issues no. 1-52 January-December 1900 + special issue from March 1900 - "Agitationsnummer" - and an issue of "Die Welt" in Yiddish from January 1900 (issue no. 1).
The weekly newspaper "Die Welt", founded by Theodor Herzl, was published during the years 1897-1914. At first it was printed in Vienna, and from 1906, in Berlin. The weekly published articles about Zionism the state of Jews worldwide and Jewish literature and art, and became the official mouthpiece of the Zionist
Movement. 4 volumes, approx. 31 cm. Condition varies. Stains and tears. Dedication in one of the volumes. Issues of first year are bound with original wrappers. In the fourth year volume the wrappers are bound after the issues (at the end of the volume). Several detached leaves. Ink-stamps. Damages to bindings. Ex-library copies.
