Lot of 8 kvitlach sent to/from Tzfat in the 19th century.
Notes with names for remedies and salvation sent to the Rebbe of Safed, one of the kvitlach apparently sent to Safed from the city of Stry in Ukraine with names of remembrance and at the end was written "and sent her a speedy recovery from heaven in the holy article of Maran Shlita ...". On one page, a letter is sent back that the kvital was given "next to the shlita in the awakening of mercy ... complete medicine ... livelihood ..." One of them tears with damage to the text, the rest with slight tears and various stains. Overall good condition.
