Paris: Editions Nouvelles, [early 1940s]. French.
An anti-Semitic booklet "scientifically" presenting the morphology of Jewish facial features and providing identifying marks for their recognition. With illustrations demonstrating the uniqueness of the various facial features of the Jew: forehead, eye, nose, mouth, ears, etc.
The Institut d'Etude des Questions Juives [The Institute for the Study of Jewish Questions] was an organization that was established in France during the Nazi occupation by the German Ministry of Propaganda and was subordinated directly to the Gestapo. Its main objective was to publish and distribute French anti-Semitic materials.
40 pp, 18.5cm. Good condition. A few stains, creases and tears along the edges of the cover and spine. A stamp on the back cover.
