A large black agate cylinder seal engraved with a pair of rearing lions with ibex to the front; seated figure on a throne with panel of cuneiform to the front. 33 grams, 33mm (1 1/4"). Fine condition.
Provenance
From an important private London collection; formed in the 1970s and 1980s.
