Eastern Empire, 5th century AD
A squat ceramic piriform oil lamp with basal ring, nozzle with scooped finial, broad shoulder with moulded flowers, pinch handle to the rear. 51 grams, 84mm (3 3/8"). Fine condition, repaired. [No Reserve]

From a private Belgian collection; previously part of a private collection formed in Germany in the 1990s.
