This private-press edition of Herzl's speeches given at the first six Zionist World Congresses was published in commemoration of the tenth anniversary of his death and to coincide with the Leipzig Zionist Congress, where Salman Schocken (1877-1959), who as a publisher cooperated frequently with the Drugulin printing house, handed to each delegate a copy of this book.
