A memorial postcard and a mourning notice printed in memory of Shlomo Ben-Yosef, first of "Olei HaGardom". Palestine, 1938 or 1939.
1. Postcard issued by Tel-Hai Fund management, Palestine.
A post-mortem photograph of Shlomo Ben-Yosef appears on the postcard with the inscription: "Shlomo Ben-Yosef, executed in Acre fortress on the altar of the people and the homeland, 29.6.1938" (Hebrew).
10X15 cm. Good condition. Stains. Slight worming damage with a piece of paper pasted on them.
2. Mourning notice, no note of publisher.
Text: "Yizkor am Israel et Bno hagadol Shlomo Ben-Yosef…".
