born 1897, Russia. 1920 Was a founder of Association of painters and sculptors in Israel; an organizer of ''Migdal David'' Exhibition and a founder of "Artists'' Colony, Safed. One of the designers of sets for Habimah and Ohel Theatres.During the years 1920-45 was in Paris. Served in the British Army.
