Halachic Responsa of R. Yoel Sirkis (1562-1640), commonly known as the Bach after his classic commentary on the Tur. One of the greatest early Achronim, he served as Rav in various important communities including Poznan, Mezhibuzh, Belz, Brisk and Cracow.
With the signatures of R. Ber Oppenheim.
R. Ber Oppenheim (1760-1850) was Rav in the city of Eibeshitz and authored the sefer Mai Be’er. See Ishim B’Tshuvos Chasam Sofer #361.
