Bereishit from Chumash Torat Shlomo [which is the written Torah with the explanations of the oral Torah] edited by Rabbi Menachem Mendel Kasher, Jerusalem 5687 [1927], First edition. Title page in color lithographic print A. L. Monzon.
On the title page, there is a pleasant illustration of a thick tree trunk with the names of the midrashim and key words on the trunk and the leaves. Medallions in the corners show the Temple Mount, the Mediterranian sea, the menorah, the sun and the moon with fitting quotations from the midrashim of Chazal.
Detached original binding, the two first pages are detached, tear in the spine. 27 cm.
A few stains. Fine-moderate condition.
