Composed of a solid silver backsheet, attached to an upper filigree sheet, with applied silver diamonds and lions and a Decalogue with engraved Hebrew inscriptions of the commandments. The plaque beneath the Decalogue is engraved in Hebrew "Rosh Hashana". Unidentified marks.
