PORTRAIT PRINT OF GRETA GARBO BY CLARENCE S BULL
A vintage sepia poster portraying Greta Garbo, 1905-1990, a Swedish-American movie star of the 1930s. Titled Garbo and signed Clarence S. Bull in the lower left. Clarence Sinclair Bull, 1896-1979, was a portrait photographer who worked for movie studios during the Golden Age of Hollywood. He was head of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer stills department for nearly forty years. The portrait in this lot was shot for the film Inspiration on December 12, 1930. Black frame.
