Rabbi Moshe Yosef Teitelbaum av”d Bukowsko was a scion of the Yitav Lev and Rabbi Tzvi Elimelech of Bluzhev , author of
Zvi L’Tzaddik. He was the son-in-law of Rabbi Dovid Shapiro of Bukowsko (son-in-law of the Ateret Yehoshua of Dzikow and, in his second marriage, of the Kedushat Yom Tov), son of Rabbi Meir Yehudah Shapiro of Bukowsko, son of Rabbi Dovid Shapiro of Dinov, author of the
Tzemach Dovid, son of the Bnei Yissacher.
