Signed in pencil on lower right. Numbered on lower left; 257/300. Housed in gold ornate wooden frame with clear cover. Romain de Tirtoff was a Russian born French artist known by the name, Erte. He is known for his impact in the Art Deco movement. He is most famous for his elegant fashion designs.
