A pair of early "Jockey" boots
Pair of men’s jockey boots of fine, black calf with red morocco leather tops and narrow, pointed toe-- made in the classic manner as seen in portraits of early military officers. The stacked heels of narrow, while the book leg is separately applied to the one-piece foot, closely-fitted to the leg and seamed up the back. The seam of one is open for approximately one-third of its length.
