The tray is Hungarian c, 1900 engraving is 20th century. Made by Antal Bachruch of Budapest.

Antal Bachruch hailed from Budapest and was known as K & K purveyor to the court drawings. Antal's production consisted of both silver and jewelry from around 1870-1890. He started as an important silver and jewelry retailer and slowly began importing silver and jewelry to Budapest at the turn of 19th/20th century. The company grew and became know as A.Bachruch was added to premade silver pieces. After some time and some success the firm changed names to ``A.Bachruch succ.`` which can also be seen stamped on certain pieces in Austria.
