Join us for an amazing auction dedicated to vintage and antique quilts and related textiles. This will be the first of our auctions to include textiles from the Estate of Laura Fisher. New York based Laura Fisher, was a world renowned quilt expert, dealer and author. Her antique quilts were exhibited all over the globe, she made appearances with Martha Stewart, and was published in several magazines over the years. In offering these textiles for sale we hope to continue to honor her legacy of style and scholarship.

Vintage 9 Patch Quilt On Cheddar
Vintage 9 Patch quilt, set on point, with shocking cheddar alternate squares and setting triangles. It measures 47x83 inches. C1940s prints in the 9 patches. It is machine piece and machine quilted, rare to find in a vintage quilt. Backing is solid cotton muslin, and batting is on the thicker side, cotton. It was collected in North Carolina. In good condition, I see one small group of spots. We do our best to describe all items in detail and provide pictures. If you have any doubt, please ask questions!
