Berlin Tegel detention prison.There were hundreds of Poles in this torture chamber, mainly political prisoners, brought from various prisons in the General Government. Fugitives from POW camps and from forced labor in Germany were also kept there. Most of them were people arrested for participating in intelligence services for the coalition states and for practicing anti-Nazi propaganda.
