מחלקת הצילום של המושבה האמריקאית (באנגלית: American Colony Photo Department) פעלה במושבה האמריקאית בירושלים משנת 1898 ועד מחצית המאה ה-20, ובמסגרתה צולמו אלפי תמונות בכל רחבי המזרח התיכון. חלק מהתמונות הפכו לסמלי תקופה, מפני שהנציחו אירועים היסטוריים חשובים. ביניהם ניתן למנות את ביקורו של וילהלם השני, קיסר גרמניה בארץ ישראל ב-1898, או את כניסתו של הגנרל הבריטי אדמונד אלנבי דרך שער יפו לירושלים, עם כיבוש העיר ב-1917. רוב התמונות של מחלקת הצילום נתרמו לספריית הקונגרס האמריקאי בשנת 1964.
