Elsie the Cow is a cartoon cow developed as a mascot for the Borden Dairy Company in 1936 to symbolize the perfect dairy product.Circa 1950s Borden's TALKING Elsie the Cow store display. It was made in New York by The Sculpture House and stands 36'' tall 24'' wide. Originally a soft rubber mask would have covered the motorized head area. The rubber mask has deteriorated in parts and will require extensive restoration. We provide in house packing including materials, at no charge, on most items presented to help reduce costs for our patrons.
